Se are pleased to announce that John Mersinger will become Executive Chef here at Azure Grille. Previously, he was Executive Chef at Bogart's, The Red Room and 1705 Prime, a steakhouse in Raleigh. He has been assisting Chef Colin in the kitchen and we look forward to his style of cuisine, using fresh, local ingredients, prepared simply, especially this summer's great seafood and vegetables
